Lupine Bloom on the Lake

The lupines are actually growing out of the lake in places here. This years' bloom has created quite the buzz since these flowers haven't had enough water in recent years to bloom in such numbers. This is just a small segment of the multitude of lupines on the shore of Lake Tahoe's North shore.
